2. Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted:
- Submit the return authorization form within 7 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and include their original tags and packaging.
- Certain items, such as underwear and perfumes, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Products must be shipped from the original delivery country.
- Returns must be picked up within 7 days of submitting the return form.
If conditions are met, the Vendor will process a refund. Non-compliant returns may be returned at your expense or retained by the Vendor.
3. Shipping Returns
Use the provided pre-printed label to return via the Seller’s courier at no upfront cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you choose a different courier, you are responsible for shipping costs and any potential loss or damage during transit.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 15 days of confirming the return complies with policy conditions. Timing depends on the payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refund timing depends on your card provider.
- PayPal: Immediate refund to your PayPal account. Credit card refunds depend on the issuer.
- Square: Immediate refund to your Square account. Credit card refunds depend on the issuer.
